Pool & food court

1. Stay 3 nite and no room cleaning. 2. Security good by closing the auto gate, but not provide the remote control. 3. No guard and so dificult to answer the phone call. 4. No tv and slow internet.

Food

The pool floor broke and caused injuries. Too noisy when children play in the pool.

It feels odd to use key to lock door from inside. No hot water. Bathroom door cant lock (or maybe need key).

The room is so big and comfortable.

Need more proper maintenance or repair especially the wall in the pool and playground. Please install the TV and have a strong wifi connection. The staff need to stand by early, acting as a Lifeguard at the pool.

Location is just nice, not too far from the centre and not too nearby the centre

No water heater in the bathroom and not so clean

Room wasnt clean at all .. the carpet was wet like somewhere was leaking.. the sofa was damp and smells bad. The toilet doesnt have heater (as noticed ) , not clean ..

Love the spaces, pool, restaurant.

Easy access to all local stalls/restaurants and there are so many choices available.The place is very near to main road and easily identified.The pool is just in front of the rooms - very convenient

The floor in the room got some dented - need for urgent repair.The toilet has no locking device - need to be provided urgently.The perfume in the room is okay but not all people like it - better to change to something more common eg. softener-liked smell or english perfumes.

The place got potential to boom if managed nicely and professionally..

Cleanliness is rubbish,its not even close to a really cheap motel,housekeeping should have done better,previous guest rubbish in the room still,got hair strands on the table,leftover foods in drawers,toilet wasn't even cleaned,previous guest poop stain left in wc,used shampoo and body wash container left in the standing shower stall,hair everywhere,air conditioning works but so many dust accumulated,there's one working wall plug far from the bed,the mirror is dusty with prints,got wifi but i wasn't provided with the password..i get it,its cheap but cleanliness is an issue and important..i am a housekeeping manager,what i'm basing off is the cleanliness issues..clean rooms attract more guest to stay in..your so called pool,water is murky..i hate to comment more,do something and do it fast for your own sake..it is a shame when you can do more and better..

Wifi connection very poor from our room.No heater, and tv in the room. Very basic.

Water supply was cut off early in the morning at 5am and we cannot do morning prayer.toilet bowl could not be flush after use.no more staying here.bad experince

the environment at night is verry beautiful, and toddler can play at the play area at upstairs

the noisy at night, that we couldn't sleep and, the room do not clean when we check in, the is a bottle shampoo on the bathroom floor and the bedsheet is not clean.

My kids really enjoying the pool.Can swim in the pool until night.

I travel with my parents,we get 2nd floor room.The property dont have lift.

Strategic location and have a good views

I have informed the staff about the damage and leakage of the air conditioner but no action was taken. I stayed in a wet and smelly carpet
